✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Yes. Our products are all vegan, gluten free and soy free.

  • Each hummus is a bit different since they are flavored, but for our hummus we use organic dried chickpeas that are soaked and then cooked, high quality tahini (SOOM) as well as pure olive oil, fresh lemon juice and kosher salt in all of our products. We use salt to season, but do not use it as a preservative. Additionally we add no preservatives, fillers or artificial ingredients. All other products we source as fresh, seasonal and as local as possible with an emphasis on using products from local farms and greenhouses when in season/possible.

  • We typically recommend consuming it within two weeks. You can also freeze it for up to 6 months and then defrost in your refrigerator.

  • We are not trying to make an authentic or traditional product and also don’t claim for it to be this way. We do however take influence from mediterranean cuisine and put our own creativity into it. Just like many chefs, restaurants, etc. that you see, our products and cuisine are a combination of many different cuisines and inspirations that we have then taken into our own to create a different product. Hence why we don’t like to say that we make traditional Mediterranean food.

  • I totally understand! That hummus though is likely pasteurized, filled with ingredients to make it shelf stable, and made in a commercial factory and not by hand. Every step of our hummus and other dips are made by hand with high quality ingredients and have nothing artificially added to them, and we are a very small business-so we have to charge a bit more than what you're used to.

  • The name comes from the owner, Camille’s background and passion for the industry. Wanting to both highlight being a woman owned business and showing that local, seasonal, high quality food can be served out of a food truck or a pop up at a farmers market. Truly showcasing “food for every adventure.”
