Summer + Spring Catering Menu

Appetizers:

-Rye toasts with golden beets with honey whipped goat cheese, mint pistachio pesto and pickled onions

-Lamb meatballs with tahini aioli, chimichurri and pickled onions

-Fried cauliflower bites with romesco sauce, tahini aioli and herbs

-Assorted dips with veggie crudite', pickled veggies, za'atar cashews, marinated olives, crackers and dried fruit

-Deviled eggs with pickled onions, chimichurri, tahini aioli and hemp seed crunch

-Fried eggplant with whipped feta and romesco sauce

-Sourdough toasts with house beet cured smoked salmon, lemon dill hummus and pickled onions

Salads:

-Summer greens with marinated feta, peaches, herbs, fried pepitas, charred corn and burst cherry tomatoes with lemon herb dressing

-Arugula, heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, cucumber, marinated feta, toasted almonds + mint basil oil

Mains:

-Coconut milk braised chicken quarters with mint + basil oil

-Citrus roasted salmon with turmeric oil

-Lamb chops with herb yogurt

-Vegetarian/vegan option: crispy cauliflower steak

Sides:

-Israeli couscous with lemon, herbs, golden raisins + toasted almonds

-Farro salad with shaved parmesan, grilled radicchio, cherry tomatoes, herbs and mint pistachio pesto

-Marinated summer squash over green tahini with pickled onions + hemp seed crunch

-Harissa roasted carrots with carrot top pesto, hot honey, herbs and fried pepitas

-Grilled eggplant with cherry tomatoes, crispy chickpeas, romesco sauce and shaved parmesan
